Sagging Floors Fixed with SmartJacks in Suisun City, CA

During the appointment, the System Design Specialist informed Charles that the floors of his house could be stabilized with SmartJacks. Sinking Patio Fixed with PolyLevel in El Dorado Hills, CA
Wendy J. from El Dorado Hills had a back patio that needed to be leveled. Multiple areas of the concrete slabs were sinking and cracking which had resulted in tripping hazards. This happens when the soil beneath the slabs erode. She found NorCal Foundation Support online and made an appointment for a free estimate.
During the appointment Wendy was advised that the patio’s slabs could be lifted back into place with our PolyLevel solution. The process involves a high density polymer expanding foam that is injected under the slabs to raise and level the sections of settled concrete. She agreed that PolyLevel sounded exactly like what she wanted. After the PolyLevel injection the patio was fixed and there are no longer any trip hazards!

The homeowner had areas where concrete was sinkng around his home causing tripping hazards. Using our PolyLevel solution, our crew injected under the slabs to lift and level the various area. This eliminated the tripping hazards.
Water Intrusion Fixed by New Sump Pump in Benicia, CA
