NorCal Foundation Support Before & After Photos

Elizabeth H. in Stockton noticed her floors sagging towards the center of her house. She went searching for solutions and found NorCal Foundation Support. Shortly after her decision to get her floors fixed, she called to make an appointment.

Her appointment with the Solution Design Specialist from NorCal Foundation Support followed shortly after her call.  She was informed during the appointment that the floors of her house could be stabilized permanently with SmartJacks. 

This process would even out, lift, and stabilize the houses floors. Elizabeth thought that the SmartJacks sounded like the perfect solution to fix to her floors. The SmartJacks would lift the floors back to being level and keep them level. 

Elizabeth is now extremely happy with her house.  She feels good knowing her floors will be supported by the installed SmartJacks for years to come.

Margie D. from Brentwood had noticed that the concrete slabs around her pool were uneven and sinking. She wanted these slabs leveled before they started to crack further.  Margie ended up finding and calling NorCal Foundation Support to come out for an appointment. 

A System Design Specialist with NorCal Foundation Support came to check out the property and to give her an estimate. Margie was told that the slabs could be lifted back into place with PolyLevel and that this process would even out the walkway around the pool. This made Margie happy because this meant that her concrete problem was solvable.  

Margie can now be found walking around her pool without stubbing her toe on any uneven  slabs of concrete.

The homeowner wanted to replace wooden posts with our heavy duty steal Smart Jacks to provide stability and support for the home.

Shifting soils caused the homeowner to become concerned about voids under their outdoor concrete staircase.  Our PolyLevel foam was injected under the staircase and walkway to fill any voids.  Any overflow was then removed to clean up the work are and staircase appearance.

John S. resident of San Ramon, had a couple of slabs and brickwork on his front walkway and a couple of slabs in his driveway that were in need of leveling.

After setting an appointment with NorCal Foundation Support our specialist came to look at the walkway and driveway. During the appointment John agreed with our suggestion to use PolyLevel which is a high-density polyurethane foam to stabilize and lift the sinking concrete slabs and brickwork back to their original level. 

After the PolyLevel was injected John was amazed at the results and is glad that the leveling will last for years to come.
