Cracks in Crawlspace Walls Fixed with CarbonArmor in Concord, CA

Sloping Floors From Termites Fixed With Smart Jacks in Concord, CA
Debra F. of Concord CA, noticed that her floors were sloping due to termites eating away at her wooden support piers in her crawlspace. The Specialist from NorCal Foundation Support saw the damage in the crawlspace, and suggested a SmartJack system that would permanently stabilize the foundation of her home and keep her floors from sinking any further. These SmartJacks stabilize the floors, just like the existing wood footings that were there, but are more permanent because bugs can’t eat through galvanized steel piers! The existing wood beams were fixed so that they weren’t crooked, and a couple were replaced due to too much termite damage. The SmartJacks were placed where the existing footings were to properly stabilize the home.
