Cleanspace Installation in Sacramento, CA

Jasmine was informed during her appointment with NorCal Foundation Support that our CleanSpace system would be an excellent solution to protect against ground water intrusion and damage caused by high moisture levels.

The CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed in the crawl space and wrapped around the posts to create a barrier. This would keep the space clean and the humidity regulated. Installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System comes with the extra bonus of noticeably warmer floors which lowers heating bills. To assist with drainage, the SmartPipe, SmartSump pump, and WaterWatch alarm system were all installed. The WaterWatch alarm system would let Jasmine know if any leaks were present in her crawl space. 

Jasmine is happy with this solution because his crawl space is now dry and insulated.
