Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Mel H. from Wilton was looking for a way to prevent water build up in her crawlspace.  Mel reached out to NorCal Foundation Support  and found out that because Mel is a  homeowner, she was able to make an appointment for a free inspection and estimate on her crawl space.  

Shortly after reaching out to NorCal Foundation Support,  Mel was told that our SmartPump and pipe system would be an excellent solution for collecting the standing water in her crawl space.  This suggested system would discharge it through the SmartSump which would then expel the excess water outside of the crawlspace.  

Mel agreed to the suggested solution and is happy that she did. Now she can rest assured water will not be building up under her house!

Pam C. from Benicia noticed her sump pump was in need of being replaced. There was now a minimal amount of water intrusion from the current pump and she did not want any intrusion at all.

The WaterWatch alarm system allows for the pump to tell you if there is any leak or problem. Pam agreed that the TripleSafe pump system sounded exactly like what she wanted and would be a perfect replacement to her current pump. 

Pam feels much better knowing that her new system has fixed her water intrusion problem. She is happy knowing she will not have to get a new system for a very long time to come.

Rainy weather was leaving this Folsom home with a wet crawlspace. NorCal Foundation Support installed our sump pump to draw water out of the crawl space, reducing moisture.

Upon inspection the wood beams in his crawl space were in surprisingly good condition when NorCal Foundation came to check the site. These support beams would have not been so lucky if Brett had waited longer to get his crawl space fixed. Brett was told that our CleanSpace System would be an excellent solution for all his crawl space problems. 

The SmartSump pump system with liner, cast iron pump, CleanPump stand, and the WaterWatch alarm system were all installed to relocate moisture away from the house. A SmartDrain was also installed to identify future plumbing leaks. The CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed in the crawl space and the base of the piers were wrapped to create insulation as well as to keep the space clean and the humidity regulated. Vent covers were installed to prevent future moisture from getting into the crawl space. The SaniDry Sedona was installed to keep humidity levels low.
