John S. resident of San Ramon, had a couple of slabs and brickwork on his front walkway and a couple of slabs in his driveway that were in need of leveling.

After setting an appointment with NorCal Foundation Support our specialist came to look at the walkway and driveway. During the appointment John agreed with our suggestion to use PolyLevel which is a high-density polyurethane foam to stabilize and lift the sinking concrete slabs and brickwork back to their original level. 

After the PolyLevel was injected John was amazed at the results and is glad that the leveling will last for years to come.

John M. in San Ramon noticed his floors were crooked and creaking. While searching for solutions he found and contacted NorCal Foundation Support. 

Our design specialist came out and found that the old jacks under his house were bending and rusting. John was informed that his floors could be stabilized with a replacement of the rusting jacks with smart jacks which would address his concerns with the floors.  John agreed that the smart jacks sounded exactly like what he needed and would be an ideal solution.

During his appointment, John was told that the slabs could be lifted back into place with our PolyLevel solution. This process would even out the walkway around the pool as well as fix any tripping hazards.

Shifting soils caused the homeowner to become concerned about voids under their outdoor concrete staircase.  Brett, our senior design specialist, addressed all of the homeowner's concerns. Our PolyLevel foam solution was injected under the staircase and adjacent walkways to fill any voids and reduce any issues with movement.  Any overflow was then removed to clean up the work are and staircase appearance.
