Ray was born and raised in the heart of Oroville, California. After pursuing studies in heavy equipment at Butte College, he transitioned into the world of construction.

With several years in the foundation repair sector, Ray has undergone rigorous training to design tailored solutions for our customers' unique foundation challenges.
